These always a couple of Mallaird or Spidel 700 hubsets at eBay for sale......unfortunately their prices had shot up in the last couple of years. It might be best of to try and look for a whole wheelset with the preferred hubs and rims instead of building them up from parts. It might cost you much less going that route. I've seen a couple of them go through recently at eBay too.
