I decided that I want to challenge myself and get my 930 down to 15 pounds. I'm going to try to pull this off without getting new wheels. Needed a new seatpost anyways, so that's a good place to start and got a carbon fiber wrapped seatpost.

Before today was 18 pounds.
Now it's 17 pounds....(Sugino seatposts are anchors)

Next step will likely be stem/headset/fork...
