Do titanium, seatpost and quill stem, a carbon threaded fork. or alum.. My Litespeed is a full roadie and is close to 15 lbs with the anchor shamal wheels I have. The carbon wrap parts not worth it for losing any kinda real weight.

Your wheels are gona hurt your weight the most though.
