You know, I was going to write a huge rant about how you take **** too seriously and generally hate all things roadie and funny (except maybe cats) but meh. Lighten up man, no one takes every one of those rules seriously.

That being said, Rule #5 should be followed at all times. Rule #9 is always true. Winter training is essential, any pro or competitive cyclist will tell you that - especially road cyclists. Winter training means ****ty weather. Pros are badasses. Therefore, riding in ****ty weather while winter training/base-building (like a pro) makes you badass.
