I had a picture of the panto on the fork of this frame posted here awhile ago. I finally acquired the frame and now have many pics to help identify. The pantograph on the fork crown and lower headlug are pretty certain to be an Upper Case Cursive 'U'. At first I was certain it was an Italian frame but with the English bottom brackett and headset and I not sure anymore. It is not a Rossin. Rear dropout 126mm
