Does it mean that LBS owner was bad too because he was unable to stand against his supplier? Thus LBS customer service was bad too. But I won't hear it in the video. He purchased frame from the LBS retailer, and has option to return it back for the full refund. Or exchange it. however, the video commentaries say that Cervelo does not guarantee that the new frame will be free from the exactly the same flaws.

What does it mean?
Look how he is holding it in his hands, and will not let it go. His hands screem: "I really-really like this Cervelo S5 frame!!!!!" he has emotional attachment to this frame, no matter what he says

Otherwise he would return it back to his LBS and forget about it the next day. But he cannot, it comes back to him.
He loves the frame, but hates the quality. Cervelo cannot provide the quality he likes. Dead end.

Well, I feel sorry for the guy. I will buy his faulty frame for $100 and pay for the shipment
