Well I searched around and all I could come up with is your frame most likely has Colnago lugs and obviously an old style writing but under the BB routing Cinelli BB shell. The only other frames I could find with the same lugs that were not a Colnago were French made Uragos. Yes it starts with a "U" but with your ISO BB/ headtube it is certainly doubtful it's a match. BTW, what is the writing on the dropouts?
