I already have a Wald basket on the bike, but it seemed to sway a bit the other night with what I considered to be a fairly light load. I'm sure it would be okay, but a front porteur rack suddenly appeals to me.

It's funny though, 25 years ago I wouldn't have been caught dead with a basket on my bike. Now, I find them extremely handy and I really don't care what people think. I guess that's one of the good things about getting older.
