if your looking to run a titec h-bar and you have seperate shifters and brakes you will have to mount one or the other on the upper loop both of them wont fit on the lower with the grips installed. if you decide you want to try the titec out get it off pricepoint they are 39.98+shipping.i have shifters and brakes in one single unit and i still had to trim about 1/2" off my grips. the jones loop h-bar can accomadate both shifters and brakes as the rear grip area is longer but they are 120.00 which is why im trying the titec first. also with either i believe you will have to swap stems possibly, im not to sure on this. but i did have to lengthen my cables as they were to short hope it helps and goodluck so far mine are working great
