UGLY.

Steel hub ball bearing + super glue in allen head of seatpost binder bolt + seatpost adjustment bolt(s). Nail polish remover or acetone will dissolve it when you need to adjust; a thief is not going to have the time to wait for the glue to dissolve and pick them out while you will, considering a saddle/ seatpost usually stays stagnant once proper fit has been accomplished.
