Is there a way with out tearing the BB apart to regrease the BB. I found a thread that has instructions for replacing the bearings and such. However, I do not really want to go and hammer away at my ONLY BB.

I am not a fan of ISIS as it tends to wear quickly. So I may replace the crankset and save myself the $20 in parts.

Thoughts?
