I think they were only made as cartridge types, so you have to reverse engineer
how to take them apart to replace the cartridge bearings
or get to them to pop off seals and add grease

have not tried .
you may find a square taper crank replacement will serve in the long run..
as the BB's of that type are common.
ISIS was a Go around for Shimano Patents, then the external bearing stuff was the latest
tail to chase , so the ISIS passed away.
