ISIS BBs don't have much room for bearings between the BB housing and the large axle. FSA Platinums get around that by using double row bearings. I found them to be the most long lived ISIS BB back when I was using ISIS.

But I think GXP (or Shimano external bearings) are better, if you're getting a new crank.
