I keep them in my basement/garage, hanging on a 4-bike storage stand, with u and cable locks in place. About 4 months ago a neighbor had a grage break-in and the walked (or rode) off with two nice bikes... Also have a monitored alarm system and security cams (not just for the bikes, but it helps them, too).
