Actually, I have been talking to the seller and I offered him more money to hold the bike for me. I just now talked to him and he was telling me that he had bought the bike about 15 years ago from a guy in New England. The original owner was an engineer and building bikes was his hobby. So the original owner gave the new owner three pages of notes about what he had done to the bike. I like interesting stories.
