yep, you needed more weight forward. it's tricky to manage that vs. being further back for more traction especially when standing. if you can stay seated (depends on power & gearing) usually you can lean forward and still have all the traction you need.

btw I have that same rear tire, bonty 29-3 rear, but the front wouldn't fit on my bike.
