The largest production bikes are about 23" frames. You will have to use an extended seatpost and maybe an extended stem but this is do-able and really, your only option.
Compare the geometry of the bikes (most website have geometry guides or you can measure the bike in the shop with a tape measure, you need a long frame with a long top tube and long chainstays.
Mongoose hybrids come in XL with a 45cm chainstay and 64.7cm top tube which is about the longest I can find.
36 spoke wheels are useful for the extra weight of tall riders but usually you get 32spoke.
Long cranks would be nice but the longest you will find are 175mm.
The bike styles to look for are hybrid, commuter, dual sport and also 29er MTB (MTB with large wheels).
