pffft... maybe if you ditched your over geared tarck gearing you would find yourself going at a decent clip

my fg is 42t ring with 15/18t in the rear. my comfertable cadence on the roadie is 90rpm, which nets you 19.7 mph on 42/18t.... (thx sheldon).
on days when I ride the 18t I purposely try to stay at 100+rpm

ill bet you that I could ride my 42/18t faster over a 20mi flat course than you could your bike
