I haven't heard this. Why would Klein close it's doors? Given that they fall under the evil empire, I don't think financially there is any issue, and they make awesome high-end Al american bikes (the Qpro has a long legacy of course, and the Reve was just introduced last year targeting the comfort niche). Trek has even benefitted from Klein's alloy technology (vice versa, Klein is using oclv stays/forks).
I for one love Klein, it's quality, and great designs...hope that's not true.
