I have a Power Tap SL+ laced to a Velocity A23 rear and mated with a November FSW23 (Velocity A23?) front. Put several thousand miles on them through winter and indoor trainer. They have been stout wheels and when I get my quarq I will most likely replace the rear with another A23 November wheel for my aluminum set.
