I'm still not riding after my fall at the Clean Air Ride. My side is still sore.
Had a massage yesterday and it helped. I may head out into the traffic
on Friday or Saturday. I sure miss the Withlacoochee Trail.

I just looked at your photos, that must have been a nasty fall, what happened? Which bike were you on? I hope you heal up quickly.
