Most often, the "extra time" I've got is on my commute TO work, rather than the ride home. This generally happens if I wake up early or if my morning routine takes a little less time than usual. When there's time to spare in the AM, I will usually stop for a bagel and a V-8 (I live in New Yawk) and enjoy a leisurely breakfast outdoors.
