If you made a account with DX, look into your account for new orders. It will show you the status. It seems I always get a response when I asked about my items. I noticed one item has been in the "preparing for shipment" for over 3 weeks. I emailed and asked them what was the status. They emailed me back and told me that the item was backordered and did I want a refund or contiune to wait for restocking. I told them I would wait. Two days later it was shipped. I haven't got it yet. I have found out that getting items from DX can be slower than Ebay. BTW, some of my orders were small too.
