FYI - With Ebay you have 45 days to file a case if you don't receive an item. After that, you're on your own and supposed to work it out with the seller. Ask me how I know.
If your item has not arrived in 44 days file a claim and they will be required to respond to make it right.. you still have 60 days to leave feedback. I have never been burned by ebay sellers.. One time I was sent the wrong 18650 batteries - emailed them and they responded in 1 day and the right cells were in my hands 9 days later.
