I order a LOT of stuff on eBay, at least one or two items a week, sometimes practically every day. Very often from China/Hong Kong. I have not been disappointed, though I have occasionally had items go China Post, and that gives you the same 3 week delivery time that DX gives you. Hong Kong post is much faster.

The real problem with ordering stuff from eBay is getting consistent product. If you get a flashlight that you like, you may not be able to get the same one from the same vendor later. You might find one from someone else that looks the same, but there's really no telling if it actually is the same until you get it. It's very frequent that I receive things that aren't the same as what's pictured in the eBay entry.
