My inexpensive Ultrafire had begun changing modes when I hit a bump, or turning off. That had been going on for a couple of months, and I went to change batteries at the house and it just died. Clicking, shaking, banging, fresh batteries, just no light. I started to dispose of it, since after all $16 ... but I got some stuff out to check it, messed with etc .... and nothing was wrong with any part of it, including the switch. But no light. So I just sanded down the thread where the back screws on, both parts, and it suddenly had at least a full turn more to tighten down, maybe two. It works perfectly now. I know, it feels stupid but give it a try.
Hi, those symptoms were are the same that I am getting on this latest flashlight. I am sending it back. That change mode on a bump is happening, and sometimes, it just won't come on. Leave it along for about a hour then it works.. I can't stand it. I didn't get this from DX either..

However, I did order 2 Trustfire 26650 cells from DX on 4/1/12. They arrived yesterday, but the WRONG CELLS!! They sent me 2 Trustfire 18650 cells with only sell for $9.86, whereas, I paid $22.80 which is the cost of two Trustfire 26650 cells.

I am pissed. They took three weeks to send me a mistake.
