The non-drive side can be removed with a regular 2-arm puller, like this: http://www.amazon.com/TEKTON-5681-3-...5593175&sr=1-2

You might need to fiddle around a bit to create a surface for the puller tip to push against. Some have reported using a stack of small coings with good success.

A tie rod puller can work too, http://www.amazon.com/OEM-25201-Tie-...5593363&sr=1-5 but will dent the BB face.
