Safety?? nothing will happen... that needs to be patched from the inside and done with it.

For the record a 20 bucks clincher is a real POS, many here spend 100 bucks per pop. If you get 20 bucks clinchers then is understandable but at 100 bucks a pop is not an option for something so small. And that clincher looks like a continental, not a 15 bucks verdersntein or what ever are called.
