Good for you!

I agree that rain is not really all that daunting. It's even fun when the temp is right. Cool, and even cold, beats hot at those times.

I avoid riding when it's pouring steadily and/or storming. For some inexplicable reason the drivers become even more reckless and stupid when the visibility is poor.

But if it's just showers, even fairly heavy and frequent ones, there's no question about whether it's the bike or the car for me. It's the bike.
