Why was he pedaling so slow? I'm wondering if he purposely was riding slow when she initially blew her horn for him to move over, so he got pissy and stayed in the lane and rode slower and slower the more she leaned on the horn? Surprised the guy didn't just punch her in the face and be done with it. He's probably an English gentleman. Horse and buggies from the Amish communities around here ride real slow too, so what? they have the same rights to be on the road as bicycles and cars do, so you just be patient and wait for traffic clear up enough to pass.
