Tire Pressure VS tube weight

What's better: 145 PSI With a standard tube (120 grams or so) vs 110 PSI with a lightweight tube (50-70 grams) I say this based on my almost immediate blowouts tying to use 145 psi with a michelin ultralight tube (70gm) and a Vittoria tire capable of holding 145 psi. Some factors would be rolling resistance vs weight of the wheel, the rider's own bodyweight, and cornering. I weigh 130 lbs so I favor the lighter weight/lower pressure. Yes I know there are sew-ups, but I am not using them anymore.
