I don't think you can blame the bent derailleur hangar on Jamis but everything else is odd to haved failed so quickly. The bottom bracket, pedal and brake
could possibly have been from poor assembly at the LBS. I say possibly because I believe the bike arrives at the shop mostly assembled and they just tune it prior to delivery. The nice thing about bikes is they are mechanically simple and since you've replaced over half the moving parts there's not much left that can break

The rear wheel is a bummer but there's not a ton of profit margin in an $800 bike so I can't fault the bike shop for making you wait
