Take a cotton ball and run it around the inside of the tire. See if it snags anywhere. May be a tiny sliver of wire, or something.

No tire is flat-proof, especially in the commuting world. And, sometimes, the evil flat-Gremlins like to mess with us repeatedly, just to show us.
