how many different ways can you get flats? road debris, bad rim tape, burr on rim, pinch flats, separation at valve stem etc. the tire only prevents flats from road debris. so if you're getting flats from something else, it's not the tire.

haste makes waste. make sure you know the reason for your recent flats. gatorskins are one of my favorite tires and for good reason.
