Anyone ever get food poisoning while at work and then can't ride home? It just happened to me. Ended up having to have the girlfriend come pick me+bike up and drive us home. Any gross/funny stories about similar experiences?

Now I am dehydrated and really weak, so doubt I'll be able to ride in tomorrow(30mi/RT). Best ways to recover?
