Best cure for indigestion is giving your system some time to recover and feeding on matter that is easy to digest, but that is full of nutrients at the same time. Probiotic yogurt is probably the best choice. Add a low-fiber fruit like a banana (which has some magical electrolytes as well), and you're set.
Yeah, sports drinks are totally hard on your stomach, that's why you'd never ever use them while you're exercising or anything.
