Thankfully my white saddle remained unsullied.
I've had gastroenteritis a few times (thanks Popeyes!) and I don't think I could pedal too far after the initial stomach churning starts...
A few years ago, I went out for a fast food run with some coworkers, and just grabbed a chocolate shake. About two miles into my homeward ride, I felt like I got stabbed in the gut and had to pull over until the pain eased a bit. I made it home without any unsanitary episodes, but it was pretty touch and go.
I've mostly sworn off fast food, but I've had some gut-wrenching meals from the roti joint next to my office. That Trinidadian food is so good that they're going to have to poison me fatally before I'll stop eating it...
