I have a question, as a complete newbe to Cinellis (though I have a very large Equippe...).
My question is, where and by whom were Cinelli frames built?
I think of Cinelli as primarily a components manufacturer, stems, bars and the frame parts, but their saddles seem likely to have been contracted out so what about their frames?
I've read some seemingly well-documented stories about other Italian brands like Ciocc, Bottecchia, etc., but have yet to hear the "Cinelli story".
