Ive never seen a bike with engraved flying c's unless it was a cinelli....yes ive seen alot with the cinelli bb but not with all the other parts. also, the decals definately look 80s..worn etc, not somthing that was put on recently. Yes they made engraved bridges too. As far as quality of this particular frame, it doesn't look like anything to write home about. This is not meant to say that it is not good, simply nothing special, and in particular not up to the level of most Cinelli bikes that I have seen.
