Hello to the both of you and welcome to the BF community! Bicycling is great lower impact exercise option. I do like to run as well but sometimes it's hard on my left knee due to an injury so I find whenever my knee acts up, I ride instead and it doesn't bother me at all. I hope you'll find all the info you need here, it's a great source of information.
