27" Super Champion Tandem rims, bottom-of-the-barrel Modolo brakes, and a smattering of Suntour don't add up to anything particularly valuable. The Bullseye hubs are nice, but that's all I can say for it.

Fork blades also look just a tad odd, as if it's had a slow front-ender, or that the builder brazed the blades so that the tapering rear edge of the blade is parallel to the headtube, rather than following the centerline of the blade.
