Thinking about buying this third-hand used road frame but the current owner doesn't know the brand or model. Can anyone out there identify this frame? I haven't personally inspected the frame and am only going by his pic. Note the integrated seat post and rear wheel fairing. If anything else, I'm just curious.

Looks similar to some Leader frames. Hard to tell without more photos. Unless it's very inexpensive I'd probably pass as well.
