due to lack of facilities and 46mi round trip commute wasn't going to happen, fortunately I have a coworker who lives about half way between home and work so I went by his place and we road in together. surprisingly cathartic ride, only about 11mi each way to his place, but will up my weekly mileage nicely. due to logistics of riding I can only ride 3 days (T, W, and Th) since I work from home on M and use friday to bring in fresh clothes and take home dirties.

overall though its quite nice, I get to the office about 645ish and of course I'll get out early and make the ride home around 3ish. this works out nicely since I have football coaching responsibilities with my boys starting in mid July. I can continue to ride instead of what I did last year which pretty much cut me off at the knees for the season. sucked too cuz I was making nice progress that got abruptly stopped. this is fairly exciting though, should see some nice benefit to it.
