This past weekend I rode 45 miles and 3800 vertical feet with a guy that had a vasectomy ten days earlier. It was his first ride since the vasectomy and he said he had been completely pain free for only one day.

After about 20 minutes, he started complaining about "discomfort". It must have gone away, because he stopped complaining.
