I waited 8 days before doing a pretty quick 47 mile ride. I'm not sure if it was the new operation or the brand new Brooks that gave me a little pain and numbness on that ride. Its been 3 weeks now, and I have pretty much forgotten that I had the procedure done.

Really the only bad pain I had was the afternoon after the procedure, and I partially blame that on the gf for deciding that me, her, and her friend who was in town should go directly from the doctors office and go out to eat. All the bumps on the car ride home were murder on los huevos.
