I am horizontal on the couch after getting back from the office. Very quick, but it was pretty uncomfortable during the two shots of lido I am a dentist, so I was hoping for discomfort more in line with getting a shot, but I would rather have a root canal than vasectomy. That being said it still wasn't too bad. Doc told me I could run in 5 days, but I was to be off the bike for three weeks. I will probably try to go in two weeks.
