Shaving is like saddles, gloves, bibs, etc, just because you can function fine with just a cheap blade and lever 2000 doesn't mean everyone else can. The only thing that allows me to shave without irritation is an old double edge razor, double edged blades, brush and proraso shaving creme. If I shaved with your method, I might be able to shave one a week due to the bumps and irritation.
