You want classy, go for a NAU riding jacket. It's a blazer, but it has a bit of stretch, good water-proofing, and longer arms to keep your wrists covered even when bent over on the bike. It's expensive as hell, but I work at a school, so it's nice to wear it off and on the bike and still look professional. Pricey, but since I wear it almost every chilly day (and use it a lot for travel) I think it's a justifiable purchase.
