Things went pretty well through Friday morning's commute, but by the time I was heading home on Friday, I could tell I had not yet recovered from the morning. That ride home was SLOW. I'm going to try the same 4 days this week and see how it goes. Next change will be to try 3 consecutive days before I take a day off.
At some point you'll begin to feel comfortable going every day. You seem to be in a phase of trying to plot out recovery and rest. Eventually this will all become automatic and you won't even think about it.

Congrats on doing this. Hope you have fun! That's the real point of it.
