I've looked in the past and come up with nothing other than mounts for relocating downtube shifters (not the real deal IMO). I'll have to check VO and Riv though if history is any indication, I may not like the pricing.
Try running a wtb ad on CL, or scout around co-ops. Someone doing a lot of SS/FG conversions might have some laying around. Even if they know what Ebay prices are, for a local sale with no fees maybe you're talking $25, which isn't a lot for a solid set of shifters.
